Rotary's Power for World Peace

MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT EMERITUS

Paul P. Harris

"To My Fellow Rotarians Assembled in the Toronto Convention - Greetings and Best Wishes.

"The encouragement of international friendship and good‑will between nations is among the most promising of Rotary's undertakings.

"Is there not prophetic significance in the fact that in this city, located as it is on the unfortified frontier between the United States of America and the Dominion of Canada, this great meeting is to be held?

"May this Convention of Rotary International, the first held within the borders of the Dominion, prove to be a happy occasion as well as a harbinger of a brotherhood which shall include all men.

"Paul Harris, President Emeritus, Rotary International."
